On 19th of December 2007 Neolite Group signed Joint Venture agreement with the Austrian company ZIZALA LICHTSYSTEME GmbH ( “ZKW”)
 

ZKW is well renowned European automotive front lighting manufacturer in the premium segment vehicle category. ZKW, as per the JV agreement, has taken 26% stake in Neolite.

ZKW is supplying the latest technology lamps to customers, which includes - BMW, Daimler, Volkswagen, Audi, GM, Porsche, Volvo, MAN etc.,

The Austrian counterpart will offer Neolite their technical & engineering knowledge thru their highly skilled team of professional personnel with cross exchange training programme.

The JV Company will be setting up a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility with highly sophisticated plant & machinery, besides fully equipped latest assembly line operations & testing facilities to produce high performance lamp.
